about Michelle

Michelle Verheij is a stage director and actress based in The Hague, the Netherlands. Before starting her career in theatre, she graduated from a masters program in Public International Law, devoting her thesis to climate change agreements. Even though she has since left the field of law, societal issues and climate change in particular are always a central theme in her artistic work.
